Exhibition Booth

Lacquered aluminium structure with white melamine walls, Carpeted floor, 10 cm high black lettering (20 letters included).
Led strip lighting (1 per each 4,5 sqm.)
Electrical power 50w/sqm., and Electrical switchboard includes one socket 220v.
Power supply included.

Pre-inauguration cleaning service.
1 round table (80cm) and 2 white chairs.

The booth includes the cost of registration for one representative.
The exhibition will be granted for all registered attendees and with free access for sector professionals prior to free pre-registration.
Hospitality Room
€ 10,000

Full congress use of a Hospitality room, located next to the meeting rooms.
Includes:
  • Private meeting room, 90sqm. (12l x 7.5w x 3.7h)
  • 1 set-up per day
  • Basic audiovisual equipment (screen, LCD projector, sound system, and technical assistance.
    * Any extra requirements, such as food and beverage services, or other set-up and AV services, will be available to book.
  • Local Tax included (21%). Any notable change in local taxes will be added to the final rates and properly communicated.
  • All exhibitors and hospitality rooms will be recognized on the Congress website and final program.
  • All exhibitors will be asked to follow and sign the CCIB venue general regulations.
